Your installation and first bill which will be prorated is due at the time of the install.

Monthly Bills are sent out on the 25th of the month.  Ex: on November 25th (December’s) bill is sent out. Bills are due by the 15th of the month. Bills are emailed or mailed depending on what you have selected at the time of install. If you have opted to receive a paper bill, there is a $2.00 fee.

Suspension for non Payment
If a customer has an outstanding balance by the last day of the month their account will be suspended. They can unsuspend their account by logging in to their account manager on the website and taking care of the balance at any time.

Options for Paying My Bills

  1. You can log in to your account on this website by clicking on the account manager tab. Use the login and password provided to you at the time you were installed. You can make a payment and view your statements

  2. Send your payment to Acadiana Broadband 101 Ridona St. Lafayette, LA 70508.

Refund Policy

Installation and equipment purchases are non refundable. Customers have 30 days from the time their contract starts to cancel their contract with Acadiana Broadband if they are unhappy with the service. Customer will only be responsible for the days that they used the internet service.

There is no charge to upgrade or downgrade your package at any time.
