I want your service. Where is your service area? What are the steps to getting your service?
Please submit a form on our coverage page, and a representative will contact you via email and/or phone. After our team verifies you are in our coverage area, the next step is to perform a site survey at your residence or business. The site survey itself involves testing with our equipment on outside of the residence or business. Because of this, you do not have to be present during the survey itself. Once the survey is concluded and the results are good, we can install you at the same time if you are present, or schedule a time and day that is best for you.
What are your prices and speeds?
Our prices and speeds vary based on location. Please submit a form on our coverage page, and you will be emailed a price and speed chart based off of your location.
What are the data caps on your service?
None. We have, and always will have NO data caps on any of our packages.
Do you provide the installation?
Yes. Set-up and standard installation is $99.00. In some cases a customer may require a pro install where a cable is ran through the attic and fished down a wall of a customer’s choosing. In this case the installation cost is $174.00. Other charges may apply if the customer requires a push up pole or custom fabricated mount in order to complete the install process.
Do I need a phone line/cable line?
No. We do not use phone nor cable lines. We run our own wire from our antenna outside to your router inside.
How do I get billed and make payments?
Please visit our Billing Policies page for more information.
Can I change the package I subscribe to later?
Yes. You can call or email us and we can upgrade or downgrade your package to start on the 1st of the next month. We make this change from the office so a site visit is not required.
Can I connect more than one computer or device?
Yes. You do this by using a router in your home. We can supply a router for $54.99 or you can use or purchase your own. The router will enable you to connect multiple devices at your residence.
